Combo valve box with Alarm

Zone Valve Box Assembly

Valves are full port, double seal, ball-type with bronze/

brass body and chrome plated brass ball. Valves consist

of the following:

• Designed for a maximum working pressure of 150 PSI

• Valve body has reinforced PTFE ball seat and

reinforced

PTFE stem seals

• Valve stem is blowout proof

• All valve materials are compatible with oxygen,

nitrous oxide, medical air, carbon dioxide, helium,

nitrogen, argon and mixtures thereof

• A ¼ turn of the handle is required to operate the valve

from OPEN to CLOSED position

• Valves are securely attached to the box and provided

with copper tube extensions for making connection to

system piping outside the box

• 15 mm copper pipes for positive pressure gases and

22mm for vacuum

Zone Valve Box Design

  • The zone valve box is constructed of 20-gauge, mild steel

with white epoxy powder coat finish

  • Design allows for up to 6 valves within the assembly

  • Suggested positive gas flow is from left to right & vacuum from right to left

    Zone Box Door

Glass is provided on zone valve box assembly. In an

emergency, break the transparent acrylic sheet to close

    the valves

  • Acrylic sheet has a label that reads: - CAUTION -

CLOSE VALVES ONLY IN EMERGENCY

Digital Alarm Panel Configuration

  • Digital Alarm continuously displays the monitored

gas pressures and vacuum in the piping system

  • Facility to program the units of measure for each gas

to read in PSI, BAR, and kPa

  • Individual monitoring of all the gases using 3 nos

    Seven segment display

  • Visual indicators for system pressure or vacuum are

normal (green) and individual indicators (red) for alarm fault condition such as LOW or HIGH pressure

  • Low and high alarm points are factory set per

    standards, but remain field programmable

  • Audio and visual alarm indicators with MUTE switch

  • Isolated potential contacts for remote annunciator

    applications

  • Battery backup in case of power failure (Optional)

Area Alarm Sensor

  • Digitally calibrated sensors. No need of calibration/

    re-calibration at site

  • Metallic fixture on Sensor to prevent leakage of

    pressure

  • Degree of protection against ingress of liquids IPX0
