Digital Gas Alarm

Digital Alarm system with latest Surface Mounted Technology (SMT). Using parallel RISC processing technology medical gas pressures are displayed on high glow seven segment LEDs.

As an area Alarm, it is capable of continuously monitoring up to 4 - 6 gas services. Programmable units of measure of each gas to read PSI, BAR, kPa or mmHg. Alarms are preset with NFPA/ HTM alarm values but are field adjustable for lower and upper limit alarm values.

Each specific Area service for the Alarm is provided with an LED digital read-out. The digital read-out provides a constant indication of each service being measured. It will indicate a green <NORMAL= & a red <HIGH= or <LOW= alarm condition.

In case of high and low pressure situation audible Alarm will sound with Strobe seven segment display. Pushing the <MUTE= button will cancel the audible alarm, but the unit will remain in the alarm condition with Flashing Seven Segment display until the problem is rectified.

The default set point on the Alarm is +/-20% variation from normal condition (hospital working pressure). In user selectable mode the following parameters are adjustable: High/Low set-points, Imperial/Metric units. Maximum Alarm input pressure should not exceed 1.5 times of hospital working pressure.
